Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Jilebd. Each person may hold only one account. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit ৳100, minimum withdrawal ৳500. Transactions are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

Bonus Terms

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. For the Welcome Bonus, the balance must be turned over 30x. All conditions must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Prohibited Activities

01 General Terms & Applicability

By using Jilebd's website or any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

Jilebd is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. Participation is entirely voluntary, and each user is solely responsible for making decisions based on their own circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, Bangladesh law shall apply.

Jilebd's services are available only to individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of their own country. Access from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited is not allowed.

02 Account Policy & Registration

To register on Jilebd, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
  • The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process requires a photo of your National ID card or passport.
  • Account passwords and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
Jilebd reserves the right to close any account and forfeit the balance if registration was completed using false information.

Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jilebd support immediately and change your password.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jilebd currently supports financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any new payment methods added in the future will be announced separately.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
  • KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • After KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes.
  • For suspicious transactions, Jilebd reserves the right to conduct additional verification, which may take up to 24 hours.
When submitting a withdrawal request, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

04 Betting & Gaming Rules

Every game on Jilebd has its own detailed rules, accessible during gameplay. General gaming rules are outlined below:

  • Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, if the Cash Out feature is active, it may be used under certain conditions.
  • If a bet remains incomplete or a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Jilebd's decision shall be considered final.
  • Odds in Sports Betting may change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are final.
  • Jilebd reserves the right to reject any bet, particularly where incorrect odds have been displayed due to a technical error.

Odds during live betting can change very rapidly. Jilebd is not responsible for any delays caused by internet connectivity issues or device-related problems.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Jilebd offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions:

  • Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. The total balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 30x before any withdrawal can be made.
  • Referral Bonus: Earn a bonus for every successful referral. The bonus is activated once the referred person makes their first deposit.
  • Cashback: Weekly cashback must be used within the specified time period.
If you attempt to withdraw before meeting bonus requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Jilebd reserves the right to suspend any account found to be abusing the bonus system.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jilebd:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Placing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
  • Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
  • Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

If any such activity is detected, Jilebd may immediately suspend or terminate the account and freeze the associated balance.

07 Privacy & Personal Data

  • Jilebd will never ask for your password or financial information via email or phone.
  • Your information is not shared with third parties, though it may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

08 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Jilebd be held liable for the following:

  • If any bet or game session is incomplete due to an internet connectivity issue.
  • Unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence or a compromised password.
  • Any delay or loss caused by a third-party payment service provider.
  • If the service is suspended due to a government ban or force majeure.
Gaming inherently carries financial risk. Jilebd never guarantees winnings. Please play responsibly.

09 Responsible Gaming

There are several reasons your account may be locked — multiple failed password attempts, security concerns, or a pending KYC verification. Here's what to do: (1) Try the password reset option — an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, allowing you to log in with a new password. (2) If the password reset doesn't work, contact Jilebd's live chat support directly — available 24/7. (3) If the account was locked for security reasons, you may be asked to submit a photo of your NID or passport for identity verification. (4) If you previously activated self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened before that period expires — this is a protective measure. Under no circumstances should you ask a third party to help recover your account — only contact Jilebd's official support.

Jilebd's policy on cancelled or abandoned matches depends on when and how the match was interrupted. The general rules are: (1) If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and odds are settled at 1.00. (2) If more than 50% of the scheduled duration has been completed, results are generally considered valid up to that point. (3) If less than 50% has been completed, bets are typically voided and stakes are refunded. (4) In accumulator bets, a cancelled match is settled at 1.00 odds and the remaining selections continue as normal. (5) For specific markets (e.g. first goalscorer), if the match is incomplete, that market will be declared void. All final decisions are made in accordance with Jilebd's rules, and our support team is ready to assist with each case individually.
